1. Introduction

Minidev values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and protect your data across our website and apps.

2. Data Collection & Purpose

What we collect: Name, Email, Phone, Device ID, IP Address, and Cookies.
Why: To provide services, process billing, improve app performance (analytics), and ensure security.

3. Children’s Data (COPPA & Play Family Policy)

For our educational apps targeted at children, we DO NOT strictly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children. Any account creation must be done by parents. We do not use behavioral tracking ads in kids' apps.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell data. We share data only with necessary providers like Payment Gateways (SSLCommerz, Stripe) and Cloud Services (AWS, Google Cloud) to operate our service.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary. Users can request account deletion via the app or by emailing contact@minidev.com.bd. Data is deleted within 30 days of the request.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption and secure servers to protect your data. Cross-border data transfer (if applicable) is done securely.
