Welcome to Minidev. Minidev ("Company", "we", "our", "us") is an IT software development company and app publisher registered in Bangladesh. By accessing our website, apps, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Minidev provides direct consumer applications (B2C) and custom IT solutions (B2B). While these general Terms apply to all users, custom software development and corporate client projects are strictly governed by specific, individually signed Statement of Work (SOW) agreements. In case of a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW will prevail.
To use our standard services, you must be at least 18 years old. For our children's educational applications, accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Minidev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
B2B Clients: Payment structures, milestones, and applicable VAT/TAX will be defined in the respective SOW.
In-App Purchases: Payments made via Google Play Store are subject to Google's billing policies. Users are responsible for any applicable local taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All content, code, logos, and materials provided by Minidev remain our exclusive property. For B2B clients, IP transfer is strictly determined by the SOW. App users are granted a limited, non-transferable license. Reverse engineering or copying is strictly prohibited.
Minidev provides its general apps "as is". We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from app usage. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Minidev সাধারণ ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য অ্যাপ (B2C) এবং কর্পোরেটদের জন্য কাস্টম আইটি সলিউশন (B2B) প্রদান করে। সাধারণ ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য এই শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য হলেও, কর্পোরেট ক্লায়েন্টদের প্রজেক্ট এবং সফটওয়্যার ডেভেলপমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে আলাদা চুক্তিপত্র বা Statement of Work (SOW) দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে। এই শর্তাবলী এবং SOW-এর মধ্যে কোনো সাংঘর্ষিক অবস্থা তৈরি হলে, SOW-এর শর্তাবলি অগ্রাধিকার পাবে।
আমাদের সাধারণ সেবা ব্যবহারের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে। আমাদের শিশুদের শিক্ষামূলক অ্যাপগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে, অ্যাকাউন্ট অবশ্যই একজন অভিভাবক দ্বারা খোলা এবং পরিচালিত হতে হবে।
B2B ক্লায়েন্ট: কাজের পেমেন্ট স্ট্রাকচার এবং ভ্যাট/ট্যাক্স নির্ধারিত SOW-তে উল্লেখ থাকবে।
ইন-অ্যাপ পারচেজ: গুগল প্লে স্টোরের মাধ্যমে করা পেমেন্টগুলো গুগলের বিলিং পলিসি দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।
Minidev-এর প্রদানকৃত সকল কোড, কন্টেন্ট এবং লোগোর সম্পূর্ণ মালিকানা Minidev-এর। B2B ক্লায়েন্টদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রজেক্টের স্বত্ব (IP) হস্তান্তর কেবলমাত্র চুক্তির (SOW) মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত হবে। আমাদের অ্যাপের কোড রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বা চুরি করা সম্পূর্ণ বেআইনি।
Minidev অ্যাপ ব্যবহারজনিত কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা সরাসরি দায়ী থাকব না। এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। যেকোনো আইনি বিরোধ ঢাকার আদালতের এখতিয়ারাধীন থাকবে।
